Of course we believe that the customer is the focal point of all our efforts.

However, practice has taught us that all these efforts are only then fruitful when suppliers and employees are equally important.

At FATH we therefore endeavour to build long lasting relationships that satisfy all the partners in the business process.
   
Personnel development
Our most important asset is the knowledge and experience of our staff.

That is why we actively support the professional and personal development of every FATH employee and give everyone the opportunity to present ideas and wishes directly to the management.

Because of this, we have a highly motivated and dynamic team.
   
Investment in training
Since August 2000, about 20% of our workforce consists of apprentices, for whom we have written and executed a very demanding training program.

In addition to that we have created the "Youth Initiative Spalt", to encourage and stimulate young people with projects that may lead to professional qualifications.

Working Environment
Not only do we take great care in the personal development of our staff, but we also make sure that the work environment is optimal.

Our office and production facility was built and equipped along biological guide lines: the wooden construction is heated by block heating and the surplus heat of our production machines. All the computer work stations have flat screens and in order to improve the quality of our drinking water, we use osmosis filters.

Since the summer of 2001 there is even a small, surplus heated swimming pool. Our unconventional way of thinking allows us to make the most of all the different resources available to us.
